More Than a Martial Art
Força Rara is a Capoeira group where people can practice Capoeira, improve their fitness, build friendships, and become part of a welcoming community.
We do more than teach a martial art. Through our Character Building and Leadership Program, we help students develop a bulletproof mindset.

Through Capoeira, we promote Brazilian culture, the Portuguese language, and an art form created by enslaved Africans in Brazil.
From age 12, with no upper age limit
Capoeira Is for Everybody
Capoeira can be practiced from age 12, with no upper age limit. Teens and adults of all genders and experience levels are welcome.
To begin, you only need to be willing to try something new.

Professor Fedo began practicing Capoeira in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil, in 2001 under Mestre Saracura and Professor Paraíba. After Mestre Saracura passed away in 2012, he continued training with friends and other academies.
In 2017, he moved to Canada to continue practicing and teaching Capoeira. In 2018, he moved to Kansas and began training with Mestre Ninja, who became his mestre.
Capoeira has given him the opportunity to teach across the United States, visit more than 15 states, learn another language, build lasting friendships, and live the Capoeira lifestyle he always dreamed of sharing with others.

Força Rara has academies and communities in Parker, Colorado; Indaiatuba, Brazil; and Kansas. Our Parker academy is easy to reach from Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Centennial, and Aurora.
